My sky
I bring to death day’s violence.
Immortalize the dawn in my eyes,
Trying to picture the silence
That agressivity and rush despise.
Silences settles forever..
Takes over the sinful day
As in hypnotize I stare…
And to the sky’s priest I pray.
The stars powerful and imposing,
But yet so tiny on universe’s sky,
Tonight they seem to be so frozen…
No one notices their climb.
When all the earth is asleep ,
As in a contagious coma,
Only you can reach my thoughts
Within your tenderness’ aroma.
From the top of my mind
We can share our sky,
Until the night in day goes blind
And birds commence again to fly…
How would I feel alone?
If you’re watching the sky along with me?
While all the world is made of stone
We survive a chaos within our fantasy.
While picturing my sky,
While searching in its infinite,
I manage to identify
Some clouds in shape -indefinite.
I wish you were here to see them too.
But I guess we’re still sharing the same sky.
Those clouds will come sometime to you
And then you’ll know it was my sign.
